How to live longer: the most affordable ways of daily activity that add three years to life are named

Scientists are convinced that one of the keys to longevity is movement.

Scientists have said that 15 minutes of daily activity can help extend life by several years and slow down the aging process.

The Daily Express writes about it.

A study cited by the charity AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) claims that “15 minutes of physical activity every day can increase your life expectancy by three years.” Harvard University researchers added: “The benefits increase with each subsequent minute of activity.”

The research team cited an eight-year study that showed 15 minutes of daily exercise “reduced all-cause mortality by 14 percent.”

“Each additional 15 minutes of physical exercise per day reduced mortality during the study period by another four percent,” the study noted.

Further research by the European Society of Cardiology has shown that 15 minutes of activity can actually add years to your life. Dr David Gupin said: “It is well known that regular physical activity has a better overall effect on health than any medical treatment.”

In his research, he found that those who exercised at least 15 minutes each day had a 22 percent lower risk of death.

The researchers noted that the risk of death decreased in response to the level of physical activity.

“Compared to those who were inactive, elderly people with low, moderate, and high levels of activity had a 22%, 28%, and 35% lower risk of death, respectively,” the researchers noted.

It will be recalled that a new study revealed an unexpected connection with thoughts and the slowing down of the aging process. Aging is accelerated at certain times of life, but this process can be reversed.
